The goods from Printworks are born out of a yearning for slowing time and hanging onto the moments that make life special: a board game with friends, flipping through the pages of an album of memories, strategizing in a game of chess. Founders Annette Gårdö and Patrik Westerdahl left busy advertising careers to foster ways to disconnect from our devices and reconnect with each other. Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.
When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.
Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
