MAKER STORY:
Canvas Home was founded in 2007 by British designer and entrepreneur Andrew Corrie. Andrew’s vision encompasses a duality between urban chic and a more relaxed country environment. All Canvas Home products work equally well in both settings. Many pieces in the collection were initially made to fulfill specific needs in Andrew’s own home, and after they passed this initial "test," they were then developed for the Canvas Home line. This simple task has allowed us to form a very intimate design philosophy and process. Andrew's mantra has always been: "The home is a blank canvas; fill it thoughtfully. This paints a unique picture, reflective of the life you lead."

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.
When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.
Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
