    This global brand has a collection featuring hand-crocheted and -knit products for infants and toddlers. Started by Jenn Davis, in her basement in Salt Lake City before 2011, The Blueberry Hill was founded on sustainability and high quality workmanship. Each item is designed in the company’s workshop in Salt Lake City, where her brand is still based. Makers in China and India work closely with the brand to create sweaters, beanies, knitted teethers, booties and other items with organic and sustainable materials. Giving back is important to The Blueberry Hill and touches a personal chord for Davis, who lost her oldest son in 2023 and leaned on the support of her community to get through it. The Blueberry Hill has helped strengthen surrounding communities through donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Utah FosterCare, Promise South Salt Lake, and other charitable foundations.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Can I edit or cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

    Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.

    Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

    Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
