Mother of four and grandmother of nine, she took the internet by storm with her practical tips, everymom personality and practical wisdom. She has earned a name for herself as "everyone's favorite grandma." Her charisma has garnered her regular spots on network television, from NBC's Today show and ABC's Good Morning America to The Drew Barrymore Show, which she regularly shares household tips, tricks and hacks.  She is a former teacher and preschool founder, and lives with her loving husband in Bethel, CT.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Can I edit or cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

    Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.

    Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

    Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
