The Nantucket Project Sparks Conversation with Two Events

It was a shoulder-to-shoulder gathering of the curious this July when The Nantucket Project held two special showings at their headquarters in Greenwich, CT.ย  On July 19, they airedย Screenagers, a documentary that dives deep into the challenges of raising children in a technology-driven world. Then on July 21, guests watched the reading ofย Feeding the Dragon, a solo play written and performed by Sharon Washington that introduces us to a young girl growing up in the public library. Itโ€™s an examination of the power of secrets, language and forgiveness. The Nantucket Project (TNP) aims to share humanityโ€™s most vital stories. The showings were part of the TNP Library series, monthly talks, readings, screenings and book discussions that generate conversations about lifeโ€™s important questions. After both events, guests were invited to discuss what they saw in a town hall forum Q&A.
