The bold paintings of Linda Colletta took center stage at the opening reception of Geometrik at The Gallery at Lillian August in Norwalk, CT, on October 13. The Parsons School of Design graduate sat down with Serendipity‘s Home Editor Stephanie Horton and shared her background as a set designer in the music and television industry and the inspiration she found working with Lillian August to paint again full time. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres along with the artist talk. Colletta is the new artistic director for D2 Interieurs and her current collection is on view at Lillian August through the end of the year.
