“With roots as a baby blanket manufacturer, we’ve been perfecting the art of cozy for generations for both babies and fur babies,” says George Barton, director of marketing for Tall Tails, which, under the umbrella of 3TBrands, is based in White Plains, NY. “Today, we make pet beds, blankets, toys and accessories for dogs and cats. Tall Tails is unique in that we manufacture our products to baby-safety standards and still utilize many of the same fabrics and factories as our baby products business.” And if there’s one thing that babies and pets love, it’s toys.
The brand’s Tall Tails Yeti ($28), a soft squeaker toy, is as fun as it is tough. “The toy is double reinforced with mesh fabric and has an inner rope structure for reassured durability and long-lasting play,” explains Barton. And if you like that, there’s more on tap: In 2023, the brand will release some 30 new toys, and a new dog bed, “ensuring dogs can have fun playing all day and sleeping the night away,” says Barton.
