Caribbean Island Iced Coffee

Introducing the caffeinated cousin of the Long Island Iced Tea, this refreshing coffee cocktail will put a spring in your step.

Ingredients

SERVES 1

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Jamaican rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
  • ยฝ oz (15 ml) coffee liqueur
  • ยฒโ„ยณโ€…โ€…oz (20 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz (90 ml) espresso, chilled
  • coffee beans, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients (except the garnish) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with coffee beans.
