House of the Rising Sun Cocktail

Crawdaddy’s Creole Kitchen‘s co-owner and mixologist, Veronica Kallas, shared the recipe for their House of the Rising Sun Cocktail with us – giving us a taste of New Orleans at home.

Ingredients:

12 oz. Coconut Rum
1⁄2 oz. Lime
1⁄2 oz. Lemon
1/2 oz. Passion fruit puree
1⁄4 oz. Creme de banana

Method

Combine ingredients in shaker and shake
Strain into a snifter over ice
Garnish with flower or mint sprig
