On Saturday, April 29, the lawn behind Waveny Mansion was transformed into a Saint Barths setting as the New Canaan YMCA held its first gala in 12 years. Nearly 400 guests attended the event to support and celebrate the Y’s soon-to-be completed renovated facility and its ongoing commitment to the community. Led by event chairs Kelly DeFrancesco, April Kaynor, and Kristin Selvala, a committee of nearly 75 community individuals came together to host this community celebration.
