Fun Activities at Arden’s in Rowayton, CT

You already know and love Ardenโ€™s in Rowayton, CT, for their coffee, smoothies, toasts, salads and other delicious dishes โ€”and now you can head to the cafรฉ for fun workshops, from floral arranging to coffee tasting to cookie decorating for the kids. Itโ€™s all part of their new program, Camp Arden. โ€œWe wanted to launch Camp Arden to expand our offerings beyond that of a typical cafรฉ and give our customers the chance to develop new passions or skill sets,โ€ says owner Jill Brody. โ€œWe also thought Camp Arden would be an ideal avenue to showcase the many unique facets of our partnersโ€™ businesses and to provide our customers an even larger window into our business.โ€

They kicked things off in the fall with a workshopโ€”and apps and wine as well โ€”on creating floral arrangements for Thanksgiving with fellow Rowayton-based company, Stems + Co. And theyโ€™ll have plenty more options in the future: โ€œFor 2023, we plan to roll out a variety of one-of-a-kind programming both inside the walls of Ardenโ€™s and outside, such as our partner Millstone Farms, who will host a maple sugaring session with us at their farm in February,โ€ says Brody.
