Nit Noi Provisions Dumpling Making Class

Nit Noi means โ€œa little bitโ€ in Thai but thereโ€™s a lot more to North and Jillian Shutsharwanโ€™s restaurants in Norwalk, CT, and most recently Cos Cob, CT, than just standard takeout. โ€œNit Noi finds its heart in Bangkok, at a family gathering, surrounded by food,โ€ says Jillian. โ€œThe recipes belong to Northโ€™s grandmother, Khun Yai. We developed [the business] to offer the highest quality, handcrafted bone broths and meals, created with the care, recipes, and wisdom of Khun Yai. We also saw a need for clean and healthy elevated Thai food.โ€

Looking for a fun date night? You can take cooking classes like Fundamentals of Dumpling Making ($120), which are designed for โ€œall skill levels, including none!โ€ says Jillian. But most of all, the Shutsharwans want to hear their customers share stories about traveling to Thailand, or a favorite Thai restaurant anywhere in the world.
