    Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, founder Tai Rittichai's artistic upbringing and interest in jewelry making blossomed into a full-time business in 2002. With a bachelor's degree from California State University, she was drawn to Los Angeles, CA, where she noticed a lack of fashion jewelry with high-quality finishing and details. She began selling bracelets at the Santa Monica flea market, where high-end boutiques notice her work. Today, she offers an extensive selection of jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, to specialty boutiques, catalogs and major retailers worldwide. Tai Jewelry employs and supports top female artisans and artists in Thailand and strives to keep the art of handmade jewelry alive. The company is actively involved with multiple charities both in her native Thailand and the United States. She continues to find inspiration all over the world but is especially captivated by the flea markets of Paris.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Can I edit or cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Experience team at info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to request an amendment or cancellation.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders.

    Shipping — You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order, and tracking as soon as it ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

    Returns — 21 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Email info@threesixtyfivecollective.com to start your return and we'll send a free return label.

    Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

    Not returnable — Sale items, gift cards, fine jewelry, custom orders, holiday decor, seasonal apparel and beauty products.
