After 12 years at the helm of Juliska’s creative team, Elaine Kirby McCleary opened Kirby and Company in Darien in 2014. The décor boutique is brimming with finishing touches, from fabrics to throw pillows to jewelry and gorgeous bags. A small café in the back serves coffee and sweet confections. And the store is planning to expand this year, to include more lighting and furniture finds, more café treats and a wider seating area.
